Yuzu White Matcha

Yuzu White is a bright and invigorating matcha blend that brings together the delicate smoothness of organic white matcha with the vibrant citrus zing of organic yuzu and lemon.

This blend is light yet full of character—offering a refined twist on traditional matcha with a uniquely refreshing, almost sparkling flavour profile. The subtle grassy notes of white matcha are perfectly balanced by the aromatic yuzu and zesty lemon, creating a cup that feels crisp, clean, and utterly uplifting.

Preparation: 

1. Scoop half a tea spoon of Ceremonial Matcha into your cup
2. Pour 1oz 165ºF water into cup
3. Whisk, creating a consistent level of foam 
4. Add frothed milk or milk alternative for tea lattes or top with hot water
