Strawberry Matcha

Organic strawberries picked from Ontario and California are microground to a similar consistency as our matcha and expertly blended together with a hint of cane.

Matcha is a high quality green tea produced from hand-picked leaves, finely ground and dried.  Every 1lb of matcha takes about 15 hours to produce.  It's easy to see how this tea is surrounded by 1,500 years of tradition. Our Japanese Matcha is pure, clean, refreshing, healthy, rich in antioxidants and lightly astringent.

Our Ceremonial Matcha comes from Tendo, Japan.  It is Ceremonial grade.

Preparation: 

1. Scoop half a tea spoon of Strawberry Matcha into your cup
2. Pour 1oz 165ºF water into cup
3. Whisk, creating a consistent level of foam 
4. Add frothed milk or milk alternative for tea lattes or top with hot water. Shake over ice for an iced latte.
