Rock tea is a category of oolong tea made from Camellia sinensis tea plant grown in the Wuyi Mountains range in Fujian province. One of the reasons they are called “rock teas“ is because they are grown on a rocky terrain.
This rock oolong is a truly unique dark oolong with hints of black tea. Like black tea, it has heavy oxidization, exuding notes of peach and honey.

We’ve taken Rock Oolong to the next level by micro grounding it into Rock Oolong Matcha. Every 1lb of matcha takes about 15 hours to produce. It's easy to see how this tea is surrounded by 1,500 years of tradition. Pure, clean, refreshing, healthy, rich in antioxidants and lightly astringent.

Preparation:
1. Scoop half a tea spoon of Matcha into your cup
2. Pour 1oz 165ºF water into cup
