Lavender Powder

Lavender is a flowering plant in the mint family. The flowers are praised for their relaxing effects.  Floral and calming, this is a powdered version.  Great to make a Lavender Latte, Bake with or even add to a smoothie.

Ingredients: Organic Lavender Powder

 Preparation: 

1. Scoop half a tea spoon of lavender powder into your cup
2. Pour 1oz hot water into cup
3. Sweeten as desired
4. Whisk or stir to dissolve 
5. Add frothed milk or milk alternative for tea lattes or top with hot water
